Schedule:
– Barista: Morning and afternoon shifts (7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
– Pastry chef: Morning shifts (3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
– Cashier: Rotating shifts (7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
– Cleaning Manager: Night shifts (9:00 pm – 4:00 pm)
Salary:
– Barista: $15 – $18 per hour
– Pastry chef: $18 – $22 per hour
– Cashier: $14 – $16 per hour
– Cleaning person: $13 – $15 per hour
Required qualifications:
– Barista: Previous experience in coffee preparation, customer service skills, knowledge of espresso techniques.
– Pastry Chef: Pastry experience, cake decorating skills, culinary creativity.
– Cashier: Experience in cashiering and cash handling, customer service.
– Cleaning Manager: Experience in cleaning establishments, attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
– Barista: Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks, maintain cleanliness of the work area, provide excellent customer service.
– Pastry Chef: Prepare and bake cakes and snacks, maintain a clean kitchen environment, collaborate with the kitchen team.
– Cashier: Process payments, manage cash register, assist customers with their orders.
– Cleaning Manager: Clean and maintain the cafe area, ensure that hygiene standards are met, manage the supply of cleaning products.
